What To Expect
Over the course of the 3 months, participants will meet for three Culture Labs (these are intensives that begin on a Thursday evening and ends early Saturday afternoon) with peer support, course readings, and field experiments in between.
Teams and individuals discern and implement intentional steps toward growing presence, working as a team, and collaborating with others in their context. Each participant is welcomed into an ongoing peer learning collective upon completion of the learning community.
